Here at Fleetr, we understand how hard it is to juggle multiple passwords for all the different software tools on a daily basis, and this is why we have made it easy for you to reset your password whenever you are locked out of the Fleetr app. In this article, we will cover a few ways to not only reset your password but also get into our app without using one.
There are three ways to log into your account:
- Reset from log-in
- Change from in-app
- Magic Link🧙♂️
Reset from log-in
Once you are on our log-in screen, click on "Forgot my password"
You will receive an email titled "Reset Password" with the instructions to reset your password. Click on "Restore your password"
Type your new password and click on "Change password"
Please note that our password requires to have at least one uppercase, lowercase letters in addition to a number, special character and it has to be more than 8 characters.
Change from in-app
In the top left bar, you will see an avatar icon right above "Live View" when you click you will see our "Admin Module" pop up. Then you will click on "Change Password".
Log in through Magic Link
Once you are on our log-in screen, click on "Passwordless Login", enter your email and click on "Send me the link"
You will receive an email titled "Link for Log In" with instructions. Click on "Go to Fleetr"
You successfully restored your password 👏👏
